激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑疗效探究

目的分析Q-开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光在黄褐斑中的治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年2月~2014年2月收治的黄褐斑患者90例为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组采取Q-开关Nd:YAG激光治疗,观察组采取Q-开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗,比较分析2组临床疗效与治疗满意度。结果观察组总有效率为97.78%,对照组为88.89%,差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗满意度100%,对照组为91.11%,差异有统计学意义。结论 Q-开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光用于黄褐斑治疗,能有效提高治疗满意度,帮助患者早日恢复健康,有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the Q-switch Nd:YAG Laser with intense pulse light treatment effect of melasma.Methods I hospital in February 2013-February 2014 melasma patients admitted to 90 cases for the study were randomly divided into two groups,the control group taking Nd:YAG Q-switch laser treatment,the observation group take Q-switch Nd:YAG laser combined with intense pulsed light therapy,comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups and treatment satisfaction.Results The total effective rate was 97.78%.88.89%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant;observation group treatment satisfaction 100%,the control group was 91.11%.the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Q-switch Nd:YAG Joint intense pulsed light laser treatment for melasma,can effectively improve treatment satisfaction,help patients recover as soon as possible,there is clinical value.
