健康管理师对糖尿病患者自护能力及疾病知识的影响

The effect of diabetes self-care ability and health knowledge by the health management division

目的探讨健康管理师对糖尿病患者自护能力及疾病知识的影响。方法选取80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组由健康管理师对其进行指导和随访,比较两组患者的自我能力及疾病知识的掌握情况。结果观察组在糖尿病基础知识、饮食、运动、用药知识等方面的健康知识得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在自我概念、自我责任、自我护理技能等自护能力方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育管理师对糖尿病患者进行指导能够增加患者对疾病健康知识的掌握程度,改善自我护理的能力。

Objective To explore the effect of health management in patients with diabetes self-care ability and health knowledge.Methods From February 2015 to September 2014.2 cases of type 80 diabetic patients were selected as the research object,the control group received conventional health education,the observation group was guided by the health management division and the follow-up,compared the two groups of patients with the ability of self and disease knowledge.Results The health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observatin group in self-concept,self responsibility,self care skills self-care ability scores were higher than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Health education management division in the guidance of patients with diabetes can increase the level of disease and health knowledge,improve the ability of self care.
