穴位贴敷治疗对合并过敏性鼻炎哮喘缓解期血清IgE影响的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究穴位贴敷对合并过敏性鼻炎哮喘缓解期血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响。方法用咳喘停贴剂对55例合并过敏性鼻炎哮喘患者,26例单纯性哮喘患者及48例健康人进行穴位贴敷,用ELISA法检测治疗前后血清IgE水平。结果治疗前,合并过敏性鼻炎组与单纯哮喘组血清lgE水平均显著高于健康组(P<0.05),且合并过敏性鼻炎组显著高于单纯哮喘组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,合并过敏性鼻炎组治疗后血清lgE水平显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05):有8名患者血清1gE水平升高明观。结论穴位贴敷治疗可有效降低缓解期哮喘血清IgE水平,尤其是合并过敏性鼻炎哮喘。
