米非司酮对恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤化疗的增效作用研究

目的探究米非司酮对恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤化疗的增效作用。方法随机选取恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者64例,随机分为研究组和对照组各32例,所有患者采用相同的药物进行化疗,研究组患者在此基础上同时服用米非司酮。结果在患者的恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的CR比率以及治疗总有效率方面,研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应方面,研究组和对照组之间差异不明显(P>005).不具有统计学意义。结论对于恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤患者在化疗过程中在常规化疗的基础上服用米非司酮,可明显的提高患者的治疗效果,同时不会增加不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone on malignant trophoblastic tumor chemotherapy.Methods randomly selected in July 2013 Tangshan City Feng received between patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor in 64 cases to the District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in March 2012.using the method of random distribution of these patients were divided into study group and control group.32 cases in each group,all patients using the same drug for chemotherapy,patients in the study group on the basis of taking mifepristone,the two groups of patients with treatment of malignant trophoblastic tumor,the CR ratio and the adverse reactions of patients were compared and analyzed.Results in malignant trophoblastic tumor patients with CR ratio and the total efficiency of treatment,the study group was significandy better than the control group(P<0.05).with statistical significance,in the adverse reactions of patients,between the study group and the control group was not significantly different(P>0.05).no statistically significant.Conclusion for the patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor during chemotherapy on the basis of conventional chemotherapy given mifepristone,can significantly improve the treatment effect of the patients,at the same time does not increase the incidence of adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical use.
