中医体质辨识研究的进展概况

Overview of the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification

体质辨识是以人的体质为认知对象,从体质状态及不同体质类型的特性出发,把握人体健康与疾病的整体要素和个体差异,制定防治原则,选择相应的治疗、养生、预防、康复等方法,以达到防治疾病的目的,是中医学重要的学术理论之一。然就目前关于中医体质辨识的研究现状来看,关于中医体质辨识研究仍较为局限,临床指导意义有限,体质分类仍然不够全面,缺乏客观性;现就中医体质辨识的研究历程、现代研究技术的应用及存在的问题进行归纳总结,为今后更好地开展中医体质辨识起到促进作用。

Constitution identification takes human body condition as the cognitive object. It is one of the important academic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). It is to grasp the overall factors and individual differences between human health and diseases, formulate the principles of prevention and treatment, select the corresponding methods of treatment, health preservation, prevention and rehabilitation from the perspective of constitutional state and characteristics of different constitutional types, so as to achieve the purpose of disease prevention and treatment. According to the current research status of TCM constitution identification, the research on TCM constitution identification is still relatively limited, with limited clinical guidance significance, and the classification of constitution is still not comprehensive and objective. This paper summarized the research process, application of modern research technology and existing problems of TCM constitution identification, and plays a role in promoting TCM constitution identification in the future.
