针灸治疗寻常型银屑病的研究进展

Research progress of acupuncture therapy in treating psoriasis vulgaris

银屑病是一种以累及皮肤和关节为主的难治性疾病,目前尚无治愈药物。近年来,运用针灸方法治疗银屑病的国内外研究较多,针灸对疾病的某些症状及病理阶段均有一定的改善作用。本文分析和梳理了针灸疗法在银屑病治疗上的临床应用,概括归纳针灸治疗银屑病的适应症、取穴原则、操作手法以及作用机理,现综述如下。

Psoriasis is a refractory disease, which affects skin and joints, and there is no effective cure medicine for it yet. There were more and more domestic and international studies about acupuncture and moxibustion methods in treating psoriasis in recent years, which proved that acupuncture and moxibustion can improve some symptoms and pathological stages of psoriasis. As summarized below, this paper analyzed the clinical application of acupuncture therapy and summarized the indications, principle of acupoints, manipulation methods and action mechanism.
