代谢组学的"整体观"与中药方剂配伍规律研究的思路相契合,通过对代谢图谱分析可观测生物体内整体的代谢变化。这样的特性对中药、方剂防治疾病机理研究有很大帮助。伴随技术的不断完善,代谢组学应用于该领域的研究不断增加。本文介绍代谢组学的概况,论述其在中药传统药性理及方剂配伍的应用。

The holistic view of the metabonomics is consistent with the study of the compatibility laws of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, which can be seen by the change of the whole metabolism of the organism in analyzing the metabolic map. This characteristic is very helpful to the study of the mechanism of Chinese medicine and prescriptions for disease prevention and treatment. With the continuous updating of the technology, the research of metabonomics is applied in this field is increasing. This paper introduces the general situation of metabonomics, and discusses its application in theory of traditional medicinal property of Chinese medicine and prescription composition.
