摘要
晶粒尺寸 <10 μm的超细晶粒钢具有高强度和优异的韧性从而成为先进结构材料的研发热点之一。本文介绍了国内外微米级、亚微米级和纳米级超细晶粒钢研究的最新进展 ,并从工业应用角度简要分析了制约超细晶粒钢应用的组织稳定性和塑性稳定性等问题。指出 ,对现有制备方法的改进和完善以及更先进工艺的创新 ,是未来超细晶粒钢研究的关键内容。
Ultrafine grained steels with grain size less than 10 μm exhibit both high strength and excellent toughness and hence become one of the hot points of the R&D of advanced structural steels. The recent progress in the R&D of ultrafine grained steels on the micro, submicro-and nano-scale is reviewed in the first. Some special problems, including the microstructural and ductility instabilities, are then discussed in a point of view for industrial application. It has been pointed out that the improvements of the existed techniques and the innovation of more advanced processes will be the main task of the future R&D of ultrafine grained steels.
