不同助催化剂对己内酰胺阴离子聚合及产物的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用芳香族异氰酸酯和脂肪族异氰酸酯为助催化剂迸行了己内酰胺阴离子淤浆聚合,考察了不同种类的异氰酸酯对聚合反应条件、聚合物可纺性的影响及聚合纺丝条件对可纺性的影响,得到了最佳反应条件.实验中发现当助催化剂的加入量较小时,可减少反应时间、增加聚合物的相对分子质量;当助催化剂的用量达到一定值后,反应时间变化程度减小,聚合物的相对分子质量下降.脂肪族异氰酸酯为助催化剂进行己内酰胺阴离子聚合,聚合温度较低,聚合时间较短,聚合产物有较好的可纺性. Two different diisocyanate were used as catalyst in the anionic polymerization of Caprolactam. The polymerization conditions, molecular weight of products, dosage of catalyst, spinning property and their relationship were discussed in the paper. At last, the optimum polymerization conditions and spinning condition were obtained.
