摘要
以炼厂丙烯为原料,采用固定床反应器液相法和气液固三相法合成异丙苯,考察了不同工艺中炼厂丙烯对催化剂寿命的影响.结果表明,采用气液固三相法合成异丙苯时,炼厂丙烯对以FX-01改性的FHI-01催化剂寿命基本没有影响;但在液相法中,以炼厂丙烯为原料时催化剂寿命只是以精丙烯为原料时的一半.采用原位再生法,对失活催化剂活性和寿命有一定的恢复作用.
The influence of crude propylene on the life of FHI-01 catalyst for synthesis of cumene by liquid-phase and gas-liquid-solid three phases method was studied . The results showed the performance of catalyst has no difference when using crude or refinery propylene on the process of gas-liquid-solid three phases method, while on the process of liquid-phase method, the catalyst' life with crude propylene as feed was only one half of that with refinery propylene. The deactivated catalyst could be regenerated in situ regeneration by benzene wash on some degree. From coke characterization and deactivated catalyst in situ regeneration by benzene wash, some other reaction products were found to be the deactivating factors as further alkylation was.
