摘要
采用BET法研究了不同聚合度的聚乙二醇(PEG)扩孔剂对沸石性能的影响,并通过苯与丙烯的烷基化反应对扩孔后的催化剂进行了活性测试.实验结果表明,加入适量的扩孔剂能有效地增加催化剂的比表面积和孔体积,提高β沸石的烷基化催化活性.
BET was used to study the influence of pore-expanding agents(polyethylene glycal with different molecular on properties of β-zeolite. Through the alkylation of benzene with propylene, the catalytic activity of pore-expanded β-zeolite was compared. It was shown that addition of an appropriate amount of pore-expanding agents could increase the surface area and pore volume of β-zeolite and improve its catalytic activity effectively.
