成方配伍的研究——中医处方用药的一个新思路

Studies on Set Prescription and Compatibility of Traditional Chinese Medicine-A New Idea in Prescription and Selection of Chinese Medicine

对于如何科学和合理使用中成药,本文提出了“成方配伍”的思路。成方配伍是模拟中药汤剂中单味药配单味药的配方模式,以成方(成品药)为配伍单元,进行两种以上中成药的配伍使用,从而实现以成药为载体和形式的辨证用药。全文对成方配伍的理论依据、研究意义和历史发展的必然性进行了讨论,提出:对现代中成药的品种结构应加调整,应注重具有配伍性能的基本成药的研发和成方配伍的理论方法研究,这对中药的现代化发展和传统特征的保留会产生重要影响。

JThis article suggests the thinking of set prescription and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in how to use Chinese patent medicines scientifically and rationally.By simulating the pattern of making up prescriptions of one medicinal material plus other single ones in the decoction of Chinese herbal medicines,set prescription and compatibility means that set prescription(Chinese patent medicines)is taken as the unit of compatibility,in which two or more patent medicines are used together in order to compose a dialectic prescription with patent medicines as carriers and forms.The article discusses the theoretical basis,the significance of study and the necessity of historical development of set prescription and compatability of traditional Chinese medicine,and proposes that the varieties of modern Chinese patent medicines and their composition should be readjusted and the study and development of commonly-used Chinese patent medicines with compatible characteristics and the study on the theory and methodology of set prescription and compatibility of Chinese patent medicines should be given much attention.In so doing,it will exert striking impact on the development towards the modernization and the conservation of traditional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
