摘要
本文研究了草莓、杨桃、豆角、辣椒、菜花等的提取物对羟自由基 (·OH)的清除作用。实验表明 ,草莓、杨桃、豆角、辣椒、菜花均有较强的自由基清除能力 ,其中草莓比杨桃、长豆角比短豆角、红辣椒比柿子椒。
