简要介绍南钢中板厂 2 0 0 2年进行的新一轮工艺设备大改造 ,采用蓄热式加热炉、HAGC、控制轧制控制冷却、圆盘剪、自动标印机等新工艺、新技术 ,做到节能降耗、提高中厚板实物质量、开发高附加值新品种。

This article briefly describes new round of major process and equipment modification carried out in Nanjing Steel Medium Plate Plant in 2002,including adopting such new process and new technology as regenerative reheating furnace HAGC,controlled rolling and controlled cooling,rotary shears,automatic identification marking machine,etc.,so as to save energy,reduce consumption,enhance actual product quality of medium and heavy plate and develop high value,added new products.
