西部开发中 ,城市建设问题是关系到西部未来的重要因素 ,西部城市建设要以西部客观条件为基础 ,走集约化和规模化的发展之路 ,即以中心城市 (城市带、城市群 )和资源性城市为主进行开发 。

As a very important factor for the West future Development,the construction of the western cities must be directed by the way of systemic intensivism and scale according to the practical conditions.In another word,the process of development mainly depends on the regional central cities(city zone,city cluster) and the cities with the abundance of resource.Only in this way,perfect economic and social benefits can be obtained.
