媒体沟通形态、熟悉度、沟通满意度与绩效

The Relationship between Group Familiarity,Communication Modality and Communication Satisfaction,Performance

摘要 团队的远程合作增加了组织对新媒体沟通技术的依赖,团队成员越来越需要和熟悉程度不同的人一起工作。媒体沟通形态和团队熟悉度都在影响组织的沟通满意度和合作绩效。本文通过比较熟悉度不同的团队,使用CMC和FTF两种沟通方式完成观点创造型和决策型两种任务时的沟通满意度和合作绩效,研究团队熟悉度和沟通形态对合作绩效的影响,探索团队熟悉度、沟通形态和任务类型间的交互作用,以及沟通满意度和合作绩效间的相关关系。 Increased remote collaboration team organizations rely on new media communication technology,team members and familiarity with the growing need to work with different people.Media communication modality and team familiarity affect group performance and communication satisfaction.Eight groups with different familiarity used 2 media(FTF&CMC)to complete two types of tasks(Idea-generation&Decision-making).By comparing their decision time,member satisfaction,and decision accuracy,the effects of communication medium and member familiarity on group performance and member satisfaction were explored.Also studied were correlation between satisfaction&performance and the interaction between familiarity,communication modality and task type.
