摘要
随着经济的发展,企业以获得利益为主要目的的商业行为忽略了对伦理道德问题的重视,导致越来越多的企业道德丑闻出现,引起了学界和业界对企业和个体非伦理行为的广泛关注和探讨。在分析和总结国内外相关文献的基础上,本文从个体层面、人际关系层面、组织层面和伦理问题本身层面对个体非伦理行为的影响因素进行了综述,对未来相关的研究方向进行了展望,并在综述前人研究成果的基础上,提出了组织中个体非伦理行为的影响因素模型。
With the development of economy,enterprises which are in pursuit of profits have ignored the importance of ethical issues,leading to more and more moral scandals.This issue aroused extensive focus and exploration on unethical behaviors of enterprises and individuals from both scholars and businesses.Based on analyzing and summarizing the related literature,this paper reviewed the antecedents of individual unethical behavior from the individual level,interpersonal relationship level,organization level and ethical issues level,and pointed to the issues worthy of further study.Finally,this paper proposed a synthesized model of the antecedents of individual unethical behavior.
