摘要
工作场所不文明行为作为一种低强度、意图不明显的违背工作场所社会规范的行为,受到了研究者的广泛关注。但目前研究主要集中在工作场所不文明行为的实施者与受施者之间的关系,以及双方在这一互动中受到的负面影响上,忽视了第三方可能受到的影响、做出的反应及其内在机制。本文回顾了国内外对于工作场所不文明行为中第三方的研究,系统地梳理了相关文献,总结了工作场所不文明行为对第三方的危害、第三方应对工作场所不文明行为的措施,并探明了其内在机制。
As a low-intensity behavior with no obvious intention that violates the social norms of the workplace,incivility behavior in the workplace has been widely concerned by researchers.However the current research mainly focuses on the relationship between the perpetrators and the victims of uncivilized behavior in the workplace,as well as the negative effects of the two parties in this interaction.The possible influence of the third party,the reaction and the internal mechanism are ignored.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign studies on the third party’s uncivilized behavior in the workplace,systematically sorts out relevant literature,summarizes the harm of incivility behavior in the workplace to the third party,and measures taken by the third party to deal with uncivilized behavior in the workplace,and explores its internal mechanism.It has some enlightening effect on future research,and has theoretical and practical significance.
