摘要
变革是组织管理永恒的主题。以信息技术、人工智能等为代表的科学技术发展与广泛应用,正在重构人们的生活、学习和思维方式,颠覆现有产业形态、劳动分工和组织方式,在改变组织环境的同时,也在改变已有组织变革理论的有关组织与环境关系的假设前提,因而组织变革需要发展适合变革环境的理论与方法。本文在对组织变革及其管理研究进行系统、全面回顾的基础上,总结已有研究的主要结论,指出存在的不足和有待研究的问题及意义。
Change is a permanent issue of organization management.The development and widespread use of science and technology,such as information technology,artificial intelligent and mobile communication devices,now are reconstructing people’s life,study and model of thinking,and overturning today’s industrial status,the division of labor and organizational forms.These phenomena have changed hypothetical premise of existing organizational change theories about relationship between organization and its environment while they are altering organizational environment,so it is necessary to develop organizational change theory which is appropriate to changed environment.This article reviews literature of organizational change and it management systematically and comprehensively,concludes main findings and some drawbacks of previous researches,finally proposes future research directions and discusses their implications.
