摘要
员工的不道德行为是组织行为学和人力资源管理研究的重要议题,员工的非道德亲组织行为是员工不道德行为研究领域的新扩展和新方向。非道德亲组织行为(UPB)的概念自提出以来,其逐渐演变成了组织行为学和人力资源管理的热门话题,不断涌现出了许多优秀的研究成果。这些成果主要集中于探索诱发非道德亲组织行为的因素方面。本文将在系统综述非道德亲组织行为现有研究的基础上,提出其后效研究的相关展望,探讨其未来研究的可能方向,为今后的研究提供相应的借鉴和指引。
In the last several years,research into the nature and antecedents of unethical pro-organizational behavior(UPB)has burgeoned.The extant studies of UPB have always focused on identifying its antecedents and few empirical studies to date have investigated the consequences of performing UPB.Different from prior researchers who have always highlighted the pro-organizational aspect of UPB and disregarded the potential negative consequences to employers,we argue that if employees performed unethical behavior with the intention of benefiting their organization,both the employees and their organizations will suffer some negative consequences.Based on this argument,we proposed two theoretical models and discussed some potential future research prospects.The theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.
