摘要
采用原生电位浮选技术 ,实现了铅锌硫化矿的电位调控浮选。方铅矿原生电位浮选条件为 :二乙基二硫氮氨基甲酸盐(DDTC)做捕收剂 ,pH >12 .5 ,矿浆原生电位Eop<0 .17V。石灰作为矿浆pH调整剂 ,还表现出对特定矿浆电位的良好的稳定作用。该工艺在凡口铅锌矿等复杂铅锌多金属硫化矿矿山的工业应用表明 ,铅、锌各项选矿指标均得到较大幅度提高 ,显示出巨大推广前景。
Based on the study of electrochemical flotation of sulfide minerals, originpotential flotation(OPF) technology, which makes use of intrinsic redox reactions in the grinding-flotation system to adjust potential, was proposed. The optimum conditions for the selective flotation of galena form the Pb-Zn-Fe sulfide ores were as follows:pH>12.5~12.8,E op<150~180 mV and diethydithioncarbamate(DDTC) as collector. Lime, as regulator of pH, it could stablilize special potential very well. OPF techonology has been used successfully in lead-zinc sulfide minerals flotation, demonstrating a vast range of prospects for its extensive application to all sulfide minerals flotation.
