The Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve with High Response Based on New Type Function Materials

摘要 介绍了几种基于新型功能材料 (超磁致伸缩材料GMM和电致伸缩材料PMN等 )的电液伺服阀的结构组成和工作原理 ,并对它们的各自特点进行了对比分析。综合对比表明 :与传统伺服阀相比 ,以新型功能材料为电 机械转换器的电液伺服阀具有高频响、高精度、大输出力等优异性能。 Comparing with traditional servo valves, the electro-hydraulic servo valves whose actuators are driven by a new type of function materials (GMM and PMN etc) have many merits such as high response, high precision, and large output force etc. In this paper, the structure and principle of the electro-hydraulic servo valves based on the new type function materials are introduced and their characteristics are analyzed respectively.
