Casting Technology for Al-Fan of the Locomotive in Sand mold

根据铸铝风扇中心对称的结构特点 ,在浇注系统方面 ,采用从回转中心引入的方案 ,同时考虑了排气的方向与液流充型的方向一致 ,并在冷铁的设计与放置方面考虑到对排气及补缩的影响 ,对铸造工艺作了改进。

According to the symmetric structure reletive to the Al-Fan center, an intake of Al-melt was designed from the rotating center.Moreover,considering the direction of gas release consistent with the direction of Al-melt filling the casting technology in chill design and location were unproved for favorable gas release and feeding.
