摘要
针对板带轧制过程中影响板形质量的非线性因素众多、精确数学模型难以建立的特点 ,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑的板形控制系统。仿真实验表明 ,控制效果相当好 ,其超调小、鲁棒性强 ,达到了板形在线智能控制之目的。
A strip control system based on fuzzy logic was put forward in view of the feature that there were numerous nonlinear factors influencing the shape quality during strip rolling process and the accurate mathematic model was hard to be built.The emulation experiment indicated that the controlling effect was well,namely little transfinite regulation and good robustness,the shape of strip could be controlled on-line and intelligently.
