APPLICATION OF DOMESTIC POROUS PLUG BRICK TO UHP EAF

透气砖是超高功率电弧炉底吹技术的关键元件 ,介绍国产透气砖在超高功率电炉上的应用情况。结果表明 ,国产透气砖具有优异的耐侵蚀性能、良好的高温力学性能和透气可调性 ,完全满足超高功率电弧炉底吹工艺的需要。

The porous plug brick is the key component for bottom blowing technique in UHP EAF.The application of domestic porous plug brick to UHP EAF was introduced.The results showed that the domestic porous plug brick was of excellent erosion resistance,good mechanical property at high temperature as well as the adjustable permeability,which could meet the requirement for the bottom blowing technique in UHP EAF.
