Extraction of Extracellular Polymers from Biofilms in Natural Water by Sodium Hydroxide Solution

摘要 利用氢氧化钠水溶液作为萃取剂,对自然水体中培养的生物膜中的胞外聚合物进行了萃取和分离。通过对糖类、蛋白质、DNA 含量的测定,选择了最佳萃取分离条件。 Sodium hydroxide solution is applied to extract extracelular polymers from biofilm cultivated in natural water.The optimum extraction conditions are selected by comparing the concentrations of carbohydrates,proteins and DNA.
