This paper recommends the designing principle and process of the exiting and wefting mechanism of CJZ 867-190 rapier loom. The eccentric shaft blocks are used in the mechanism, compared with the mechanism of centric handle blocks adopted by the same kind of imported looms, not only cuts the time of withdrawal rapier head down but also improves its productivity.
