THEORY AND PRACTICE IN NO-WASTE MINING

无废矿业是非传统矿业的重要内容之一 ,本文论述了无废矿业的概念 ,其核心是无废生产规则、无废工艺和无害消费。无废矿业体现了可持续发展思想在矿业中的实施路线 ,当前 ,其重点是研究与之相关的科技问题、管理问题和产业组织及制度建设问题。论文讨论了无废矿业的科学目标、目的任务、研究内容和无废矿业实施评价体系。提出了组织无废矿业的技术途径 ,即 ,应建立无废矿业的科技支持体系 ,制度保障体系 ,创造良好的社会环境条件。并结合实际对无废矿业的概念、内容作了进一步阐述。

No waste mining is one important content of non traditional mining and reflects the implementation of sustainable development in mining industry.The paper introduces the concept of no waste mining,the core of which is no waste production planning,no waste process and no waste consumption.The research emphasis is presently relevant scientific,management,industrial system and system establishment problems.The paper discusses the scientific object,aim,research contents and implementation evaluation system of no waste mining,proposes the technical means to organize no waste mining,i e ,establishment of scientific support system of no waste mining,guarantee system and creation of sound social environments.The paper further discusses the concept and contents of no waste mining with the help of a few examples.
