摘要
从大型振动磨机的动载荷测定与分析入手 ,对其易损关键部件进行了可靠性分析计算 ,进而对整机系统可靠性进行了分析计算 ,研究结果对评价和改善设备的结构及性能提供了参考。同时也指出 ,要使可靠性分析结果与实际情况尽可能一致 ,需要科学确定可靠性设计中的各项参数 ,并加强对设备的科学管理。
The reliability of a large vibration machine ZM2800 is studied, including the measurement and analysis of its dynamic load, the reliability analysis of key fragile components. Then the system reliability analysis and calculation of the machine are carried out. The result of the study can be used in the evaluation and improvement of the structure and performance of the machine.
