摘要
基于系统辨识技术研究了直齿圆柱齿轮的动态性能 ,研究结果与齿轮传动动态性能的试验测试结果一致。根据齿轮传动噪声和圆周振动加速度的关系 ,对齿轮轮齿的修形曲线进行了优化设计 ,修形的效果在特制的齿轮传动试验台上得到了验证。
Based on system identification technique, the spur gear transmission system's dynamic performance is studied, the research results are very similar to the practical dynamic performance of the gear transmission. According to the relationship between the noise and the circular vibration acceleration, the gear modification curve was optimized, and the effects of this study are verified in a special gear transmission test table.
