摘要
调查表明:高职高专师资队伍的学缘结构现状不尽合理,学缘结构来源单一,"近亲繁殖"的现象较为突出,直接影响着师资队伍整体效能的发挥,制约着学校的学术交流和教学科研水平.造成这种现状既有社会历史的原因,也有教师选拔任用机制的原因.要改善高职高专师资队伍的学缘结构现状,除了应在思想认识上引起重视外,在具体工作中还应实现3个转变.即:由"近亲繁殖"的学缘结构向"远缘杂交优势"的学缘结构转变,由被动接收高校毕业生向主动面向社会公开招聘、引进转变;由单一地选拔录用教师向录用与聘用兼职相结合转变.
The survery shows that the cwtert formation condition of teacher rarkd in the higher vocational schools and colleges is far from being reasonable. Its sytrutire is single and the 'close-relation breeding phenomenon is very prominert. It influeres directly the exertion of the whole fwrtion of teacher rarks. It also hampers the academil exchange and tearhing suiertifil research lerel, Both the solial and historical reason and the standard reason of choosing and appointing teachers are resporsible for such current condition. To improve this hind of urent condition, we should also realize the three chorges in the concrete work besides peying attetion to it in ideologly. i. e: change form the university origin stnwture of 'close-relatiove breeding to that of distant hybridization advatage ; charge from the paisive receiving of university graoluates to active advertising introdueing operly teachers in the society; charge from the sigle chooicy employing teachers to the combination of erploying and engaging pant-time teachers.
