Green Management——The Main Aspect of Modern Management in Enerprises

目前全球环境继续恶化,环境保护越来越受到重视,而绿色管理是建立人与自然、发展与环境之间和谐关系、实现企业与社会都能可持续发展的有效途径.全面分析了绿色管理的内涵及其必要性,提出了企业实施绿色管理的对策措施.

With the environment deterioraing in the world, the environment is paid more and more attention to be protected. The green management is the valid methods to establish the harmonious relations between human being and nature. It is also the valid method to for enterprise and society to realize the sustainable development. In this paper, the connotation and necessity of the green management are analyzed, then it give us some suggestions in how to implement the green management in the enterprises.
