认为要从观念更新、体制改革和环境创建三个方面着手,营造和建构能够生成与发展创新精神,且能迅速推动创新的文化环境,以增强和提升我国的创新能力,早日实现中华民族在本世纪的"伟大复兴"!
The author of this essay considers that, we should, based on three essentials, namely renovating our idea, reforming our system and reconstructing our surroundings, create a cultural environment, in which we could not only bear and develop an inventive spirit but also promote an invention, in order to strengthen the inventive ability in China, and further to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation as soon as possible.
