摘要 工程设计是一个知识驱动的创造性过程 ,KBE技术是促进工程设计智能化的重要途径。本文提出了 KBE的定义 ,分析、总结了 KBE与 CAD、专家系统等的区别 ;提出了基于 KBE的工程设计方法 ,并按设计知识的几何相关性 ,对知识处理的工具与方法进行分类 ;介绍了 KBE技术的应用现状 ,并以冲压模具设计为例建立了基于 KBE的设计系统框架。 Engineering design is an innovative process driven by knowledge, and knowledge-based engineering (KBE) is an important approach to promote the intelligence of design. In this paper, the definition of KBE is put forward firstly, the difference between KBE and other technologies, such as CAD, expert system (ES), are well analyzed and synthesized. The methodology for engineering design based on KBE is proposed, and the tools and methods for knowledge processing are classified based on the geometry-relativity with design knowledge. The application of KBE technology is reviewed. Finally, taking the design of metal stamping die as an example, we established a system frame for engineering design based on KBE.
