摘要
创新思维作为一种思维现象,其产生有客观的规律.智商无疑在创新过程中有极其重要的作用,但是情商同样有很重要的作用,诸如求知的欲望、求实的精神、勤奋的态度等这样一些优秀的情商能使思维主体处于一种更易创新的状态.人们应该有意识地培养良好的情商,以解放潜伏在思维中的创新能力,为此社会教育模式应该是情商教育与智商教育的并行.
Creativeness has objective discipline as a thinking phenomenon. The emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) play a very important role during the acquiration of creativeness besides the intelligence quotient(IQ) does. The excellent emotional intelligence quotient, such as curiosity, honesty, diligence can make the thinker keep a position, in which he can acquire creativeness more easily. Pepole should cultivate their own EQ consciously for more creativeness. Our social educational model should pay the same attention to the eduaction of EQ as that of IQ.
