摘要
论述了海水资源开发利用对于解决我国沿海城市 (地区 )水资源紧缺问题的重要作用 ,介绍了淡化所具备的海水资源开发利用成套技术和能力 。
Seawater resource exploitation and utilization have important significance to resolve the water resource shortage in the coastal cities and regions. This paper introduces the capability and the complete technology for seawater resource exploitation and utilization, which is provides by Institute of Seawater Desalination & Multi-Purpose Utilization. The technology progress in this field is predicted.
