摘要
腐败是目前我国经济发展的巨大绊脚石,尤其是钱权交易腐败严重损害了我党的威信和领导形象.从博弈经济学的角度,通过对实行钱权交易的腐败人员在进行策略选择时的纳什均衡解的分析,总结了腐败问题产生的主要原因:腐败成本的过低和不均衡的薪酬结构,进而提出了惩治腐败的主要措施:提高腐败成本,高薪养廉以及建立有效的激励机制和监督机制.
Corruption does great to the development of the economy of our country and especially the corruption of changing money wity power. This article states that the main cause of corruption is lower corruption cost and unequal reward mechanism by telling the characteristics of the corruption of changing money with power from the point of game theory. What's more, measures of coping with corruption are set forward: to enhance the cost of corruption, higher salary,efficient motivation mechanism and supervisory mechanism.
