摘要
探讨基于叙事治疗开发的团辅方案对有留守经历女大学生幸福感和积极元认知元情绪的提升作用.对24名有留守经历的女大学生进行团体辅导,采用两等组前后测设计,以总体幸福感量表、积极元认知元情绪问卷为评估工具.结果表明:1)团体辅导后,与控制组相比,实验组在总体幸福感量表的总分、精力、对生活的满足和兴趣、忧郁或愉快的心境、对情感和行为的控制、松弛与紧张维度的得分显著提高;2)在积极元认知元情绪问卷的总分及其各维度得分有显著提高.上述结果表明,叙事取向团体心理辅导可以有效提高有留守经历女大学生的总体幸福感和积极元认知元情绪.
This study is based on the narrative therapy to develop a group counseling program, which is aimed at improving the well-being and positive metacognition of the female college students with left-behind experiences.The general well-being schedule and positive metacognitions meta-emotions questionnaire are used as assessment tools on 24 female college students with left-behind experiences. The major findings of this study are as follows. Firstly,after the intervention, compared with the control group, the scores of experimental group on total score and energy, life satisfaction and interest, depression or pleasant emotion, emotion and behavior control, relaxation and tension dimension are improved. Secondly, the total score and each dimension’s scores of the positive metacognitions meta-emotions questionnaire are significantly improved than that in the control group. The results show that the narrative oriented group counseling can effectively improve the general well-being and positive meta-cognition of the college students with left-behind experience.
