摘要
选取大麦品种P25(抗旱型)、Golden Promise(GP)和野生大麦H602为试验材料,待幼苗生长至两叶时,用一定浓度的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱处理,取大麦幼苗叶片测定各项生理生化指标和蜡质基因表达量.结果表明:干旱胁迫24 h后,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈上升趋势,脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量均上升;检测的10个蜡质相关基因中,8个表达上调,2个表达下调,且基因的表达存在种间差异性.该研究初步探讨了具有代表性的大麦品种之间抗旱性的差异.
Three barley genotypes, P25(Drought-resistant),Golden Promise(GP)and H602, were disposed with a series of different concentrations of PEG-6000 at two leaves stage, which was used for simulating drought stress treatment, and then the physiological and biochemical indexes of seedlings and the expression of wax-related genes in three barley varieties were detected. The results showed that under 24 h drought stress, the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD), the content of Proline(Pro) all increased, and the content of Malondialdehyde(MDA) increased as well. Under 24 h drought stress, of the 10 waxy genes selected, 2 genes were down-regulated, while 8 genes were up-regulated. The studies revealed that there were differences in gene expression among different barley varieties. In conclusion, the differences in draught resistance between barley varieties were discussed.
