反硝化聚磷菌株YH12的鉴定及脱氮除磷特性 被引量:5

摘要 对菌株YH12进行形态学和生理生化特性鉴定.菌体呈杆状,革兰氏染色阳性,产芽孢,菌落为乳白色,光滑,湿润,不透明.16S rRNA基因测序结果表明,菌株YH12与解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)同源性达99.01%.脱氮除磷特性研究表明,YH12在丁二酸钠为碳源、C/N7、温度30℃、pH7时脱氮除磷效果最佳,培养24 h时除磷率为75.12%,脱氮率为65%. A high efficiency denitrifying phosphate-accumulating bacteria YH12 was isolated. The strain YH12 was Gram-positive, endospore-forming, rods in shape. Colonies of strain were white, convex and round on LB plates. The phylogenetic analysis based on 16 S rRNA gene homology showed that the strain was closely related to the member of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, with which they shared 99.01% similarity. The characteristic of nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal rate of strain YH12 was investigated. The results showed that the phosphorus and denitrification rate of YH12 reached 75.12% and 65% respectively,with sodium succinate as carbon source, C/N of 7, temperature of 30℃, pH of 7, after 24 h-cultivation.
