摘要
营养与儿童健康密切相关,合理的喂养方式、良好的饮食行为、健康的饮食模式是儿童身心健康的重要保证。通过介绍儿童饮食与健康、营养素与健康、益生菌与健康之间的关系,针对微量营养素缺乏的预防,提出了以预防为主、重点进行膳食营养指导的原则,指出益生菌作为人体第八大营养素,在防止感染、调节机体菌群平衡、提高机体免疫力和儿童生长发育等方面发挥着关键作用。
Nutrition and child health are closely related. Reasonable feeding,good eating behavior,a healthy eating pattern are important guarantees for children's physical and mental health. This paper introduces the relationship between children diet and health,nutrient and health,probiotics and health. Considering the shortage of microprobiotics,prevention should be focused and emphasis should be put on the guidance of food nurition. Probiotics,as human 's eighth largest nutrient,plays the key role in regulating the balance of body bacteria,preventing infection,improving the immunity of the body and the growth and development of children.
