光助Fenton法处理罗丹明B废水的研究

摘要 为了研究卤灯-Fenton体系中各主要因素对染料废水脱色效果的影响,以罗丹明B脱色率为指标考察了反应体系p H值、Fe2+投加量、H2O2投加量3个重要参数对该体系构成的光助Fenton反应处理罗丹明B废水的影响。结果发现,卤灯作为光源可以显著提高Fenton反应降解罗丹明B的脱色效率;反应动力学过程符合一级反应动力学方程;反应体系p H值、Fe2+投加量、H2O2投加量均存在一个最佳值。在罗丹明B初始浓度为50 mg/L、p H=4、Fe2+投加量为0.2 mmol/L、H2O2投加量为4 mmol/L时,反应90 min,罗丹明B脱色效率达到100%,一级反应速率常数为0.052 2 min-1。 To investgate the effects of main factors in the halogen lamp -Fenton system on the decolorization of dye wastewater,this research mainly studied the influence of three important parameters ,including pH value, dosage of Fe2+and H2 O2 ,on the decolorization of Rhodamine B degraded by Fenton reaction assissted by hal-ogen lamp.The results showed that the halogen lamp can significantly improve the decolorization efficiency of Rhodamine B .The reaction kinetics process obeyed with the first order reaction kinetics equation and there existed a best value for pH value of the reaction system ,Fe2+dosage,H2O 2 dosage.When the initial concen-tration of Rhodamine B was 50 mg/L, pH=4, [Fe 2+] =0.2 mmol/L, [H 2O 2] =4 mmol/L,the decoloriza-tion efficiency of Rhodamine B reached 100% and the first order reaction rate constant was 0.052 2min -1.
