摘要
通过对成都地铁5号线土建4标区间的工程地质、水文地质和不同类型盾构机进行分析,完成了适应于此段工程的盾构机选型,确定土压平衡式盾构机最适合应用于成都地铁5号线土建4标区间工程施工。此外,针对黄土地区的特殊地质情况,对盾构机的刀盘、刀具、主驱动等影响盾构施工的关键技术展开了深入探讨,并对施工经验进行了分析总结,可为今后同类工程提供参考。
Through the analysis of engineering geology,hydrogeology and different types of shield machines in the No. 4 civil engineering section of No. 5 Metro Line in Chengdu,the selection of shield machines suitable for this section is completed. It is concluded that the earth pressure balanced shield machine is the most suitable one for the civil engineering section of No. 4 Metro Line in Chengdu. According to the special geological conditions in the loess area,the key technologies of shield tunneling,such as cutter head,cutter and main drive,are discussed in depth,and the construction experience is analyzed and summarized to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
