摘要 目的对集体食物中毒事件急救医疗护理组织管理对策进行研究和分析。方法启动应急方案,使急救流程更优化的进行,将急救人力资源进行合理的分配,严格管理急救物资,对突发事件进行宏观的合理调控。结果对162例患者心理异常表现进行观察,旨在判断患者心理变化,对不同的变化进行不同的护理,提高护理的效果,促进患者的康复,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较162例患者对护理人员的满意程度,满意程度(94.34%)大于不满意程度(5.56%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宏观大局提高急救的效率,稳定不慌张的态度是保证集体食物中毒事件成功救治的有力因素。 Objective To investigate and analyze the organization and management measures on emergency medical service of large scale food toxicosis. Methods Start the emergency plan and make the first aid procedure more optimized. First Aid manpower resource is given rational distribution, emergency materials are regulated tightly, the emergency events are reasonably regulated. Results 162 cases with psychological abnormality were observed, in order to judge the psychological changes of patients, different nursing was given to different changes, in order to improve the nursing effect, promote the recovery of patients, it had statistical significance(P<0.05), compare the nursing satisfaction degree of the patients, satisfactory degree(94.34%) was larger than dissatisfactory degree(5.56%), it had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The improvement of first aid efficiency and steady attitude are powerful factors of successful treatment of large scale food toxicosis.
