垂体后叶注射液典型不良反应回顾及用药指引建立

Retrospective Study of Typical Adverse Reactions of Pituitrin Injection and Establishment of Medication Guidelines

目的探讨垂体后叶素不良反应的发生原因,建立合理的用药指引。方法回顾2例典型垂体后叶素治疗导致心血管及中枢神经不良反应的病例,结合文献进行分析与总结。结果应对其不良反应有全面了解,在咯血治疗中给药应在排除禁忌症后,在严密监护下小剂量缓慢输液泵给药。结论建立用药指引有助于其合理、安全使用。

Objective To explore the causes of adverse reactions of pituitrin and establish reasonable guidelines for medication.Methods Review two cases of typical pituitrin vasopressin treatment leading to cardiovascular and central nervous system adverse reactions,combined with literature analysis and summary.Results A comprehensive understanding of its adverse reactions should be achieved.In the treatment of hemoptysis,the drug should be administered under lowdose slow infusion pump under strict monitor after excluding the contraindications.Conclusion Establish medication guidelines to help them use them rationally and safely.
