医护一体化应用于小儿重症肺炎的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Medical Integration in Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的分析医护一体化应用于小儿重症肺炎的效果。方法选取2015年6月-2016年6月我院收治的小儿重症肺炎患儿80例,按入院顺序编号,其中单号为对照组(40例),双号为观察组(40例),观察组实行医护一体化管理模式,对照组实行传统的管理模式。观察并比较两组总有效率、平均住院日及家属对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组总有效率(97.50%)、满意率(95.00%)与对照组总有效率(80.00%)、满意率(82.50%)相比明显升高,其平均住院日(11.76±1.90)d与对照组平均住院日(15.00±2.00)d相比明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化应用于小儿重症肺炎具有一定的临床效果,可有效提高患儿治愈率,缩短平均住院日,改善家属对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of medical integration in children with severe pneumonia.Methods 80 cases of children with severe pneumonia in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups,the patients with odd numbers for the control group(40 cases)and the even numbers for the observation group(40 cases)according to admission order.The observation group was applied with medical integration while the control group had the traditional management mode.To compare the two group total effective rate,average stay and nursing service satisfaction of family members.Results The total effective rate(97.50%)and satisfaction rate(95.00%)of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group whose were(80.00%),(82.50%)respectively.The average stay of the former was(11.76±1.90)days,which decreased compared to(15.00±2.00)days of the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical integration application in children with severe pneumonia has certain clinical effect,can effectively improve children cure rate,shorten the average stay,improve the nursing service satisfaction.
