摘要
将图形辅助应用于电站复杂结构的金属部件的相控阵检测中,使得检测界面更加直观,解决了常规相控阵检测此类部件时信号特征难以识别、缺陷定位和定量分析困难的问题。介绍了相控阵检测技术的特点和优点,引出了图形辅助的概念,以电站高压管道对接焊缝、管座角焊缝、汽轮机转子叶根和汽轮机焊接隔板的相控阵检测为实例,充分阐述了基于图形辅助技术的相控阵在检测复杂构件时的可靠性。该技术的应用,不仅提高了检测结果的准确度,也提高了检测速度和效率,具有显著的应用优势和前景,值得推广。
In this paper,graphic assistance was applied to the phased array detection of metal components with complex structures in power stations,which made the detection picture more intuitive and solved the problems of difficult identification of signal characteristics,positioning of defects and quantitative analysis in conventional phased array detection of such components.The characteristics of the phased array inspection technology and the concept of graphic assistant technology were introduced.It was based on the example of the phased array inspection of the butt weld of pipeline,the pipe fillet weld,turbine rotor blade root and turbine diaphragm,expounded the reliability of the phased array based on graphic assistant technology when detecting the complex components,and summed up the advantages and application prospect of this technology in phased array detection.The application of this technology not only improved the accuracy of the test results,but also improved the detection speed and efficiency,had significant application advantages and prospects,and was worth of promotion.
