摘要 鉴于F92钢锻件与12Cr1MoV钢在超临界和超超临界锅炉火电机组锅炉中的广泛应用,在工程中不可避免地遇到F92/12Cr1MoV异种钢焊接。利用光学显微镜、拉伸和冲击试验机、维氏硬度计等对高匹配条件下F92/12Cr1MoV异种钢焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了初步研究。结果表明,采用高匹配填充材料和焊条电弧焊焊接,可获得性能优良、组织稳定的焊接接头。焊接接头的强度高于12Cr1MoV母材的,热影响区冲击韧性较好,焊缝区硬度适中。焊缝区、 F92侧HAZ和F92母材均为回火索氏体组织,而在12Cr1MoV侧HAZ和12Cr1MoV母材区域显微组织则为铁素体+珠光体组织。 In view of the wide application of F92 steel forgings and 12 Cr1 Mo V steel in supercritical and ultra-supercritical boiler boilers,it was inevitable to meet F92/12 Cr1 Mo V dissimilar steel welding in engineering.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint of high match F92/12 Cr1 Mo V dissimilar steel were studied by optical microscope,tensile and impact testing machine and Vickers hardness tester.The results showed that the joint had stable microstructure and excellent mechanical properties with the high match filling material and electrode arc welding.The welded joint had higher strength than the base metal of 12 Cr1 Mo V and the weld zone had better impact toughness and suitable hardness.The microstructure of the weld zone,the HAZ close to the F92 side and the base materials of F92 were tempered sorbite,while the microstructure of the HAZ close to the 12 Cr1 Mo V side and the base metal of 12 Cr1 Mo V were ferrite+pearlite.
