摘要
尊师重道是中华民族的传统美德,师者为人之模范,古人对为师之道提出了诸多规范性的要求。其中"德行高妙为人师表""通达国体温故知新""循循善诱教亦多术""尊严而惮内外兼修""以爱相济教学相长"等皆是古代师道观形成中恒常不变的核心内容。系统梳理中国古代师道观的历史变迁过程,总结中国古代师道之思想精髓,有助于为丰富当代教师的核心素养、提高教师立德树人的质量、促进教师专业化发展等提供历史智慧和借鉴。
That teachers are respected is a traditional virtue of Chinese nation.Teachers are exemplary of morals and learning,and the ancients put forward many normative requirements for a teacher.The core contents are virtue,good guiding,skillful,decent and awesome.The writers argue that the study is helpful to enrich the core quality of teachers,improve the quality of teacher education and promote the professional development of modern teachers.
