新时代中国特色社会主义在我国师资队伍建设方面的新期待为高校师范生人才培养提供了新契机,也对师范生职业理想教育提出了新挑战。当前部分高校师范生缺乏对教师职业的理性认知和内心热爱,缺乏对基层教育工作的职业信仰。面对高校师范生职业理想弱化的问题,顶岗实习成为加强和改进师范生思想政治教育的新平台和有效载体,成为增强高校师范生良好思想政治素养的重要方法,也是提升高校师范生职业力量的有效路径。

The socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has provided with both opportunities and challenges for the construction of teaching practice for the students of teacher universities.It is found that the students lack a rational cognition and inner love for the teaching profession,and professional belief in grassroots education.Faced with the problem of the professional ideals of teacher students,the post-internship has become a new platform and effective carrier to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education.
